1. ELIGIBILITY

Sweepstakes is open to United States residents, age 21 or older. Employees of Pete's Brewing Company and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, distributors, retailers, advertising and production agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.

To enter, complete an official entry form online at: www.peteswicked.com. Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or failed network or computer communications.

3. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES
Prize. Winners will receive a Pete's Brewing Company T-shirt. Approximate retail value of Prize is $15.00.

4. PRIZE DRAWING
Winners will be selected from online entries. Winners will be selected from all entries received prior to judging. Judging conducted solely by Pete's Brewing Company and are based on creativity, originality. All decisions are final.

5. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of valid entries received.

6. CONDITIONS
Winners will be notified by mail. No substitution for prizes except as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value selected by Pete's Brewing Company, in their sole discretion will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes are the winner's responsibility. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner's name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Pete's Brewing Company is not responsible for, and winner agrees to release Pete's Brewing Company and their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors and agencies and their respective officers, directors and employees from, any liability associated with the acceptance or use of a prize. By participating in the Pete's Wickedism contest you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions by Pete's Brewing Company, which decisions are final.
